Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; direct them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain the front office area -- ensure it is neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and client visits with internal teams (sales, design, production, etc.).
Maintain visitor logs, attendance records, and other front-desk documentation.
Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and parcel tracking.
Support the HR/Admin team with clerical and administrative tasks.
Assist in maintaining office supplies and coordinate procurement requests with the purchase department.
Coordinate with clients and suppliers for scheduling meetings or factory visits.
Support the sales/marketing team with basic documentation, quotations, or follow-up calls when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality, and workplace decorum.

Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality, Commerce, or Administration preferred).
1-3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist / Office Assistant.
Experience in a manufacturing or furniture/metal industry will be an added advantage.
