Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain visitor registers, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings.
Assist in administrative tasks like document handling, filing, and data entry.
Coordinate courier services (inward and outward).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Provide support to HR/Admin teams when required.
Ensure proper communication flow between departments.
Manage inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills.
Multitasking ability and attention to detail.
Good organizational & time-management skills.
