Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist patients/visitors at the reception with courtesy and professionalism. Handle patient registration, OPD/IPD billing, and appointment scheduling. Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and provide accurate information. Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and departments for smooth patient flow. Maintain patient records, admission/discharge files, and update hospital software. Ensure proper cash handling, billing, and daily collection reconciliation. Support in managing pharmacy/lab billing coordination if required. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream). Prior experience in hospital/healthcare front desk or customer service preferred. Good communication skills in

Hindi & English

(local language knowledge is an advantage). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital management software). Pleasant personality, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure with patience and efficiency.
