Job Description

The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival. Provide information about products, services, and promotions. Direct customers to the appropriate department or sales staff. Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints.

Administrative Duties

Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages. Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules. Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment processing when required. Keep records of daily footfall and customer feedback.

Showroom Management Support

Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth operations. Ensure the front desk and waiting area are clean, organized, and presentable. Monitor stock of brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials. Support showroom events, product launches, and campaigns.

Professional Conduct

Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Uphold company standards of hospitality and customer care. Represent the showroom brand with professionalism and courtesy.
Requirement & Qualification

Graduation 0-1 year of experience as a Front desk executive/Receptionist

Salary: 10,000-15,000pm



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
