will be responsible for managing reception activities, handling client interactions, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and partners with professionalism.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and messages; route them to appropriate personnel.
Maintain visitor records and uphold office security procedures.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Support HR/Admin in handling office supplies, courier services, and other logistics.
Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.
Assist in travel bookings, event coordination, and other administrative tasks.
Provide timely support to different departments when required.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Administration background preferred).
1-3 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer-service oriented.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
