Job Description

Front Desk Executive:
? Welcome and assist visitors professionally.
? Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
? Schedule meetings and manage appointments.
? Manage office documents, filing, and records.
? Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
? Handle any ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.
? Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Associate HR:
? Support recruitment process (CV screening, interview scheduling)
? Assist with employee onboarding and document collection.
? Prepare basic HR letters and forms.
? Assist HR Manager with day-to-day tasks and office coordination
? Manage internal communication and announcements.
? ? Gender: Female Only
? Industry Experience: Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
? Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Excel), Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently, Previous experience in reception or admin or HR work is a plus.
? Education: Graduate in any field
? Soft Skill Required: Accurate & Particular
? Language: Gujarati (Mandatory), Hindi, English
