Job Summary



We are seeking a proactive and organized

Executive

to manage inbound activities, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in

English and Hindi

(knowledge of the local language will be an added advantage) and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors; direct them to the appropriate person/department. Arrange and record appointments and meetings. Answer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and activities. Handle incoming calls - answering, connecting, and transferring as required. Maintain the reception area in a tidy and professional manner. Arrange couriers and manage correspondence. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders. Maintain calendars, set up meetings, and organize travel arrangements for senior staff. Draft, format, and send official correspondence and internal communications. Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and required documentation. Manage follow-ups, reminders for meetings, deadlines, and important tasks. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and proper documentation practices.

Qualifications & Skills



Graduate in any discipline (preferred). 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative or front-desk roles. Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

and other office tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attentive, organized, and professional with a proactive approach. Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
