Handle daily office administration and coordination tasks.
Maintain records, files, and documentation as required.
Support HR and Admin in scheduling meetings, handling logistics, and general office upkeep.
Ensure smooth communication within the office and with external parties.
Requirements:
Graduate with 3-5 years of relevant experience in receptionist/admin roles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Well-organized and presentable with ability to multitask.
