Shree Shakti School of Innovation is seeking a polite, well-organized, and professional Front Desk Executive to manage the school's front office operations. The role involves welcoming visitors, handling communication, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth coordination between parents, staff, and management.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist parents, students, visitors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and front desk communication
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per school policy
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for daily requirements
Handle inquiries related to admissions, appointments, and general school information
Manage courier, postal records, and document dispatch
Support administrative work such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance
Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Assist in event coordination and parent meetings when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in front office / receptionist / administrative role (school experience preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (local language preferred)
Presentable personality with a polite and professional attitude
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
