Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to manage daily operations at our LPG distributorship. This role primarily involves direct interaction with customers, managing sales, handling cash, and ensuring compliance with all necessary documentation and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greet and assist walk-in customers, addressing their inquiries and guiding them through the LPG booking and delivery process.

Sales Voucher Generation:

Generate sales vouchers accurately using the designated software for all customer transactions.

End-of-Day Sales Completion:

Ensure all sales transactions are accurately completed and reconciled at the end of each business day (EOD).

Advance Sales Preparation:

Generate sales vouchers for the following day, meticulously sorting them by area, and performing any necessary manual posting.

Documentation Management:

Complete various types of documentation based on specific customer demands, such as new connection forms, transfer requests, or service updates.

eKYC Telecalling:

Conduct telecalling campaigns to assist customers with their eKYC (Electronic Know Your Customer) process, as per Government of India requirements.

Cash Handling:

Manage daily sales cash transactions up to INR 15,000, maintaining full responsibility for accuracy and security.

Customer Feedback & Follow-up:

Accurately record and forward customer reminders and complaints to the respective delivery boy or relevant personnel for timely resolution.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
