Front Desk cum Digital Marketing Cordinator
to represent our brand at the front desk and assist with online marketing efforts. Graduate in
BBA - Aviation, Hospitality, or related disciplines
, with strong communication skills, a well-groomed and confident personality, and familiarity with social media platforms and engagement techniques can apply
Key Responsibilities:Reception & Front Office Management:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and walk-ins in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Coordinate appointments, meeting schedules, and office communications.
Support administrative and clerical duties as required.
Digital Marketing Support:
Assist in managing and growing the company's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create and post engaging content including stories, reels, and promotional updates.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and engagement analytics.
Respond to online inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely, brand-aligned tone.
Coordinate with designers or agencies for campaigns and creatives.
Support in planning online promotions and basic ad campaigns.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
BBA in Aviation / Hospitality Management or a related field.
Experience:
0-2 years in front office, customer service, or digital marketing roles.
Grooming:
Well-groomed, presentable, and confident appearance is
essential
.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Familiar with social media platforms and basic digital tools (Canva, basic video editing, etc.).
Energetic, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
Passion for digital trends and content creation.
Strong sense of aesthetics and brand representation.
Time management and organizational efficiency.
Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
