Front Desk Cum Telecaller

Job Description

Front Desk Duties:



Greet and welcome walk-in clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Handle front desk operations such as managing appointments, walk-ins, and client records. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Telecaller Duties:



Make outbound calls to prospective clients to provide information about immigration services. Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries regarding visa types, documentation, and procedures. Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals. Maintain a database of leads and update call logs and client details accurately. Prepare daily reports related to calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups.

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in immigration or consultancy firms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software. Pleasant personality with good presentation and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
