We are looking for a Front Desk cum Support Executive who can manage front office operations and handle customer support responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite personality, and the ability to manage customers both offline and online.

Key Responsibilities Front Desk Duties
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and customers
Manage reception desk, phone calls, and walk-in queries
Maintain visitor logs and guide customers to the relevant department
Handle basic admin tasks like maintaining records, filing, and office coordination
Ensure the front office area is clean, organised, and presentable
Customer Support Duties
Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
Resolve issues related to orders, returns, exchanges, and services
Maintain customer data and update CRM/Excel sheets
Provide timely follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams for issue resolution
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi)
Professional, polite, and well-presented personality
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business)
Problem-solving attitude
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Customer-first approach
Qualifications
12th Pass / Graduate
Experience in front office, receptionist, or customer support role preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
