Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome visitors: Provide a warm and professional greeting to clients, customers, or guests.
2. Manage phone calls: Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and respond to queries.
3. Handle correspondence: Respond to emails, letters, or other forms of communication.
4. Maintain records: Update and manage databases, files, or other records as needed.
5. Provide information: Offer general information about the organization, its services, or products.
6. Perform administrative tasks: Assist with tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, or preparing documents, managing basic accounting and administrative work.
7. Cold calling of leads. Sales and revenue targetcompletion.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, and colleagues.
2. Customer service skills: Ability to provide a positive and professional experience for visitors and callers.
3. Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accuracy.
4. Technical skills: Familiarity with software applications, such as Microsoft Office or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
