Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front office/reception area.
Manage visitor records and appointments.
2. Sales Coordination
:
Assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks.
Handle client walk-ins and basic inquiries related to real estate projects.
Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and documentation.
Prepare and update client records, brochures, and price lists.
3. Documentation & Office Support
:
Manage scanning, printing, photocopying, and filing of documents.
Assist in maintaining and organizing project files and folders.
Coordinate with other departments to handle paperwork or reports.
Ensure smooth document flow between teams and clients.
