We are looking for a professional and well-organized
Front Desk Cum Recruiter
to manage front office responsibilities along with recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English, a pleasant personality, and basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain visitor records and manage appointments
Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and presentable
Recruitment Responsibilities:
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and management
Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Prior experience in front desk or recruitment will be an added advantage
Personal Attributes:
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
What We Offer:
Fixed monthly salary of 15,000 - 22,000 (based on experience)
