Job Summary
The Front Desk Cum HR Administration Executive is responsible for managing front office operations while providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and employees and ensures smooth day-to-day office and HR administrative activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Office Administration
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and courier services
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
Handle meeting room bookings and office coordination
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors
Support general administrative and clerical tasks
HR Administration
Assist in employee onboarding and exit formalities
Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
Support attendance, leave records, and basic payroll inputs
Coordinate interviews and schedule meetings for HR
Assist in preparing HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, ID cards, etc.)
Support HR policies implementation and employee communication
Help organize training programs, employee engagement, and events
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (HR/Admin preferred)
0-2 years of experience in front desk or HR administration
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Presentable, polite, and customer-focused attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
