Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Guest Relations (30%)
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
Attend to incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
Coordinate hospitality arrangements for meetings and guests.
Ensure the reception and meeting areas are well maintained.
Support internal events, celebrations, and meeting arrangements.
Administration (70%)
Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry inventory, and vendor coordination.
Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and office equipment servicing.
Handle petty cash, expense records, and reimbursements.
Coordinate travel bookings, hotel stays, and logistics for employees or guests.
Maintain and update administrative files, courier logs, and other records.
Support HR & Admin in employee facility management (ID cards, attendance data, etc.).
Assist in vendor billing, AMC renewals, and document control.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in front office or administrative roles (corporate preferred).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Smart, well-groomed, organized, and service-oriented.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Salary:
Up to ₹40,000 per month (Net, depending on experience and skills).
