Responsibilities
Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate recipient
Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency
Perform basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expenses
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Provide administrative support to executives and staff as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is a must.
Previous experience in an administrative or front office role preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
