We are looking for a smart, presentable, and organized individual to manage front desk operations and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and strong multitasking abilities to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Management:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with warmth and professionalism.
Handle all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor records and ensure adherence to security protocols.
Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and well-equipped with necessary materials.
Administrative Support:
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Coordinate courier, dispatches, and inward/outward mail management.
Support HR and Admin teams in day-to-day documentation and filing work.
Handle travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and meeting room scheduling.
Maintain attendance records, leave registers, and staff movement sheets.
Assist in organizing internal meetings, celebrations, and events.
Facility & Vendor Coordination:
Coordinate with housekeeping, IT, and maintenance teams for smooth office operations.
Liaise with vendors for office equipment, stationary, and facility services.
Ensure timely maintenance of office infrastructure (ACs, printers, lights, etc.).
Support to Management:
Provide administrative support to senior management for meetings, schedules, and correspondence.
Prepare and circulate reports, memos, and communication as required.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 5 years in administration or front office management.
Prior experience in corporate / service industry preferred.
