Job Description

For a Front Desk cum Admin Executive with 2-3 years of experience, key roles include managing reception (visitors, calls, security), handling administrative tasks (scheduling, emails, reports, filing, supplies).

Key Responsibilities

Front Office Duties:



Visitor Management:

Greet, register, and direct visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Communication Hub:

Answer, screen, and forward calls; handle incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and general inquiries.

Security & Access:

Maintain visitor logs and enforce basic security protocols.

Environment:

Keep the reception area clean, presentable, and stocked.

Administrative Support:



Scheduling:

Manage calendars, book meeting rooms, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics.

Documentation:

Assist with data entry, filing (digital/physical), photocopying, scanning, and preparing basic reports/letters.

Office Supplies:

Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage office equipment.

Database Management:

Maintain records and ensure organized document flow.
