Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management
? Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates with a positive attitude.
? Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries professionally.
? Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security protocols.
? Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are neat and ready.
Administrative Support
? Manage daily office operations, stationery, pantry items, and inventory.
? Assist HR and other departments with documentation and basic admin tasks.
? Help in organizing office events, meetings, and celebrations.
Documentation & Coordination
? Handle courier, parcel management, and vendor coordination.
? Maintain records, files, and databases in an organized manner.
? Support in onboarding activities (forms collection, ID cards, basic orientation).
? Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
Other Duties
? Ensure reception and office areas are clean and presentable.
? Prepare basic reports (attendance, stock, petty cash, etc.).
? Assist management in any additional administrative tasks.
