Front Desk & CRM Executive

Location:

Sector -9, Rohini

Working Days & Hours:

6 days, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Salary Range:

?15,000 - ?20,000 (based on skills & experience)

Key Responsibilities:



Manage reception/front desk operations and greet visitors professionally. Handle incoming calls, emails, and client queries with accuracy. Maintain and update

CRM software

with customer interactions, follow-ups, and leads. Use

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

for daily reporting and documentation. Draft and send emails, prepare basic MIS reports, and coordinate meetings. Support marketing/sales teams with lead tracking and follow-up through CRM. Ensure office communication systems (emails, calls, software tools) run smoothly.

Requirements:



Female candidate, age 22-25 preferred. 10-12 months of experience in Front Desk/CRM/Customer Handling roles. Proficiency in

CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce or similar)

- basic knowledge acceptable. Good working knowledge of

MS Office, Google Workspace, and email management tools

. Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (spoken and written). Pleasant personality, grounded attitude, and customer-friendly approach. Residing within 20 min - 1 hour of office location (preferred). Comfortable with 6-day working and fixed timings.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
