We are seeking a experienced female candidates proactive, organized, and customer-friendly
Front Desk Counselor
to serve as the first point of contact for students and visitors. The role involves managing front office operations, handling inquiries related to FMGE courses, counseling students about course options, and supporting administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in students, parents, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries related to FMGE coaching programs.
Counsel prospective students about FMGE preparation, course structures, faculty, and enrollment procedures.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all courses, schedules, and examination patterns.
Assist with student registrations, fee collection, petty cash and documentation.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth operations.
Maintain records of inquiries, walk-ins, and conversions.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Education, Management, or related field).
Minimum 1 years of experience in a counseling, customer service, or front office role (education sector preferred).
Strong communication skills (Hindi and English) as we deal with south Indian students.
Basic knowledge of FMGE/NExT exam patterns is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage .
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
Work Schedule
6 days a week (weekends usually working, with a weekday off)
Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (may vary slightly depending on batch schedules)
