Collect and consolidate all inbound leads from: Marketing campaigns, Real estate portals, Website & digital channels
Call prospects, capture key details, and qualify leads as Hot / Warm / Cold
Assign qualified leads to the appropriate Sales Executive based on geography and project type
Update CRM daily with: Call notes, Lead status, Follow-up schedules
Coordinate daily and scheduled follow-ups with assigned Sales Executives
Track lead movement across the funnel and monitor progress toward closure
Maintain opportunity and account records accurately in CRM
Monitor lead quality, follow-up discipline, and conversion ratios in coordination with the closing team
Provide sales support for proposal preparation, documentation, and customer coordination
Act as a coordination bridge between sales team, marketing team, and customers to ensure smooth communication and handovers
