Job Summary:
The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support. The role demands excellent communication skills, a friendly approach, and strong multitasking abilities.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Front Desk Management
Greet visitors, students, clients, and staff with a professional and friendly attitude.
Manage the reception desk and ensure it remains clean and organized.
Handle walk-in enquiries and guide them appropriately.
2. Phone & Communication Handling
Answer incoming calls promptly and route them to the concerned department.
Provide accurate information and respond to general enquiries.
Maintain call logs and visitor records.
3. Appointment & Scheduling
Manage appointment bookings for students, clients, and internal meetings.
Coordinate with staff to organize schedules and meeting rooms.
Follow up on scheduled appointments.
4. Administrative Support
Assist with data entry, documentation, and basic office tasks.
Distribute incoming mail and maintain outgoing correspondence.
Support the HR/Administration team when needed.
5. Customer/Student Support
Provide information about services, courses, or organizational policies.
Help resolve basic queries or direct them to the relevant department.
Maintain a positive and helpful environment at the front desk.
6. Record Keeping
Maintain visitor logs, attendance records (if required), and daily reports.
Organize files, forms, and registration documents.
Required Qualifications:
Any Graduate (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, BA, or related field)
1-3 years of experience in Front Office / Reception / Coordinator role
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations
Skills Required:
Excellent communication (English, Hindi, Local language)
Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills
Strong organization and multitasking ability
Ability to handle pressure and maintain calm
Customer service mindset
