About the Role:
Baroda Institute of Technology (BIT) is urgently seeking a
Student Support Executive
who will manage front-desk duties, student interaction, and administrative coordination.
You will be the first point of contact for students and visitors--ensuring a welcoming, organized, and professional environment.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle student queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilitie : Front-Desk & Communication
Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors with a friendly and professional approach.
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and messages efficiently.
Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, faculty availability, and institute procedures.
Student Support :
Assist students with queries regarding batches, classes, and academic requirements.
Maintain student records, attendance, and documentation.
Act as the bridge between students, faculty, and management.
Administrative Support
Manage basic office operations such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Assist in organizing meetings, feedback collection, and student engagement activities.
Ensure the front-desk area remains tidy, organized, and welcoming.
Skills Required
Moderate communication skills (verbal & written)
Pleasant personality and professional behavior
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, data entry)
Ability to manage student queries calmly and confidently
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline/Stream
Preferably from IT/Computer background
(Has to be Basic Computer Knowledge)
