Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and professional
Front Desk Coordinator (Female)
to manage our reception area and handle administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and prior experience in front office or administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally.
Manage incoming calls and correspondence (emails, couriers, etc.).
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and interviews.
Maintain front desk records, visitor logs, and other documentation.
Support HR and admin departments with day-to-day operations.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Handle travel arrangements or coordination for visitors (if required).
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Any Graduate (preferred in Business Administration or related field).
Experience:
2-3 Years in front office/reception/admin role.
Skills:
Excellent verbal & written communication (English/Hindi/Gujarati).
Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Presentable and customer-focused attitude.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
?35,000 - ?40,000 per month
Working Days:
5 Days (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
