Your primary responsibility will be to manage client interactions, coordinate seamlessly with doctors, and ensure a smooth, premium client experience using digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Inquiry Handling
Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Explain treatments, pricing, and pre/post-care to clients (training provided).
Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and conversions.
Coordination & Client Experience
Schedule appointments and coordinate doctor availability.
Manage client flow during clinic hours and ensure minimal wait time.
Escort clients to treatment areas and ensure they feel cared for throughout their visit.
Digital Operations (Paperless Workflow)
Maintain and update CRM (client relationship management) software with all relevant information.
Use Google Sheets and digital dashboards to track appointments, follow-ups, and payments.
Assist in maintaining operational logs, treatment records, and inventory tracking.
Clinic Presentation & Culture
Maintain the front desk and lounge aesthetics in line with the clinic's premium image.
Contribute ideas to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
BDS (Preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using digital tools like CRM software, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
Polite, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
Willing to learn and grow within the aesthetic and cosmetic medicine field.
