Share required documents, price lists, photos, and other requested details.
3. Data Entry
Enter customer details, inquiries, and call summaries into the system.
Maintain neat, accurate, and updated records.
Ensure all communication and follow-ups are logged properly.
4. CRM Management
Update and maintain leads on the CRM.
Track lead stages (new, follow-up, closed, not interested, etc.).
Schedule reminders and follow-up calls using CRM tools.
Generate basic reports as required by the management.
5. Front Desk Responsibilities
Greet visitors and assist walk-in clients.
Maintain reception area cleanliness and order.
Coordinate with internal teams for appointments and updates.
