Provide exceptional and efficient guest service at the hotel's front desk. Manage all aspects of the guest experience from check-in to check-out.
?Key Responsibilities:
?Warmly welcome and register guests, issuing room keys.
?Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
?Answer phones, direct calls, and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
?Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area.
?Resolve minor guest issues and escalate complex problems to management.
?Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using the property management system (PMS).
?Requirements:
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
?Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Guest service experience preferred.
?Ability to work flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
