We at SRG Eye Hospital, are seeking a professional, friendly, Front Desk Executive (Female) to be the first point of contact at our Eye Hospital. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for patients while efficiently managing front desk operations and supporting the team with administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and schedule/reschedule patient appointments.
- Manage the Hospital's appointment scheduling software and maintain accurate patient records.
- Handle billing, payments, and insurance-related documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in line with policies.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with staff to optimize patient flow and reduce wait times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a customer service-oriented mindset.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
