2. Answering and Directing Calls:
Manage the telephone system by answering, screening, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
Take and relay messages accurately.
3. Customer Service & Billing:
Assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and address concerns in a courteous manner.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Manage appointments and reservations, if applicable.
Handle customer inquiries and requests efficiently.
5. Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
6. Cash Handling:
Handle basic cash transactions, such as processing payments or providing change, if required.
7. Security and Access Control:
Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the retail space.
Follow security protocols and report any suspicious activities.
8. Multitasking:
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as managing phone calls, greeting customers, and assisting with administrative duties.
9. Communication:
Communicate effectively with both customers and internal staff.
Relay important information to the appropriate personnel promptly.
