1. Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival.
2. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services and diagnostic test.
3. Schedule and confirm appointments.
4. Process patient registrations and handle billing and payment transactions.
5. Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, reading prescriptions and managing patient records.
6. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
