The Front Desk Assistant serves as the welcoming face and first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors. This role ensures the smooth functioning of daily front office operations and supports school administration through clerical and communication tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Management

Qualifications
Education & Experience
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in reception, clerical, or educational office environment is highly desirable.
Technical & Software Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, phone systems, and school/district database software. Experience with student information systems (e.g., PowerSchool, EdPlan) is a plus.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication, courteous demeanor, and strong customer-service orientation toward parents, students, and staff.
Organizational Skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, maintain attention to detail, and handle confidential information with discretion.
