Role & Responsibility -
. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
. Ensure the front desk is tidy, professional & well Organized.
. Answers all incoming calls.
. Maintain visitor register and coordinate with vendors or suppliers as per requirement.
. Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
. Monitor, organize and forward emails as and when required.
. Support HR or administrative teams.
. Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and managing schedules.
Qualification & Skills -
Graduation from any stream.

Working proficiency with basic office software
