The Telecaller & Front Desk Executive is responsible for
managing reception operations
, handling
customer calls
, maintaining
visitor interactions
, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting administrative tasks.
This is a dual-role position that demands
excellent communication, customer service orientation, and strong organizational skills

2. Key Responsibilities
A. Telecalling Duties
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
Provide clear information about services, events, or company offerings.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and maintain CRM/call logs.
Follow up with potential clients and schedule appointments or meetings.
Record daily call reports and share with reporting manager.
Address customer queries and escalate concerns when required.
B. Front Desk Duties
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors warmly.
Manage the reception desk and maintain a well-organized front office.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and route them to appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings.
Coordinate courier dispatch/receipts and internal document movement.
Provide administrative support such as filing, printing, and data entry.
Ensure professionalism and hospitality in all guest interactions.
3. Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling or front office roles is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge: MS Office, email, CRM (preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills with pleasing personality.
Ability to multitask and manage high call/visitor flow.
