About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized
Front Desk & HR Admin Executive
to manage our reception area, provide administrative support, and assist the HR team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional environment, while also handling HR administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet and assist visitors, employees, and clients in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Handle courier, deliveries, and maintain records.
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the reception area.
HR & Administrative Support:
Assist with employee onboarding & exit formalities (joining kits, documentation, ID cards).
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Support payroll process with attendance/leave data.
Coordinate company events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
Assist in recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, candidate follow-up).
Handle office supplies, vendor coordination, and general administrative support.
Requirements:
Any Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in front desk/administration/HR support roles.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude, professionalism, and a people-centric approach.
