Job Description

1. Front Desk & Customer Service

Greet parents and children warmly upon arrival.

Provide information about play area rules, pricing, packages, and timings.

Assist with registrations, memberships, and bookings (birthday parties, events, group visits).

Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Manage entry tickets, wristbands, or digital check-ins for kids.

Ensure children are only released to authorized guardians at check-out.

Keep track of time-based play sessions.

3. Safety & Supervision Support

Brief parents and children about safety rules and play guidelines.

Monitor entry to ensure no unauthorized access.

Coordinate with floor staff in case of accidents or emergencies.

4. Administration & Payments

Handle cash, card, and digital transactions.

Maintain daily records of visitors and revenue.

Support management with attendance and booking reports.

5. Communication & Coordination

Act as a link between parents and play supervisors.

Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff for a hygienic environment.

Handle customer complaints or escalate issues to the manager.

6. Hospitality & Child-Friendliness

Create a welcoming, cheerful atmosphere for children and families.

Be patient and empathetic when dealing with kids.

Help make birthdays or events more special by assisting parents.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
