Job Summary:
The Front Desk Executive cum Counselor is responsible for managing the front office operations, providing a welcoming environment for visitors, and offering professional counseling or guidance to students and parents. This dual role involves both administrative and interpersonal skills to ensure efficient office management and excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist all visitors or clients with professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries, providing accurate information about programs or services.
Conduct walk-in counseling sessions to understand client/student needs and recommend suitable options.
Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling, record maintenance, and reception upkeep.
Support enrollment and onboarding processes by coordinating documentation and follow-ups.
Maintain inquiry and counseling databases, preparing regular reports for management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or higher.
Prior experience in a similar front office or customer-facing role.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
