The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for managing front desk operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative support. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, handling courier and stationery requirements, supervising housekeeping staff, and managing travel bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the front desk and act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier activities, including coordination, tracking, and record maintenance.
Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of office premises.
Manage office stationery inventory, including stock tracking, requisitions, and timely replenishment.
Book flight tickets and assist with travel arrangements for employees as per company policy.
Maintain visitor logs, courier registers, and other administrative records.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for smooth front office operations.
Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative procedures.
Support the administration team in day-to-day office operations as required.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Proven experience in front desk, administration, or office coordination roles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and professionally.
Experience
2-4 years of relevant experience in front office or administrative roles.
