This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting visitors, managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, scheduling appointments, handling clerical tasks, and maintaining an organized and welcoming front desk area. You will ensure excellent customer service and act as the first point of contact for all guests and clients.

Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Strong Clerical Skills and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in email management and scheduling software
Punctuality, reliability, and a friendly demeanor
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
