Greet and assist visitors, clients, and event attendees in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly and accurately.
Assist the events team with scheduling, bookings, and client communications.
Maintain the booking calendar for meeting rooms, conference halls, and event spaces.
Prepare check-in lists, event signage, and materials for client events.
Support on-site coordination during events (registration desk, attendee assistance, etc.
Experience Required
1-3 years of experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles, preferably in a
hotel, convention center, or event venue
.
