Position - Front Desk Administrator
Key Responsibilities -
1. Reception and Front Desk - Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized and welcoming. Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department. Greet ad assist visitors, residents and guests with the professional and friendly manner.
2. Resident and Visitor Management - Handle inquiries, concerns and requests in timely and efficient manner. Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests and vendors.
3. Administrative and Clericial Duties - Maintain well orgainised filing system for resident information, guest logs and general property records. Support the estate management team with day to day administrative functions.
4. Communication and coordination - Ensure clear communication between the estate management teams, residents and extranal parties. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
5. Vendor and Contractor Coordination - Maintain Vendor contact information and scheduling their visits. Assist in coordinating with external vendors or contractors for services like cleaning, repairs, etc.
6. Event Support - Provide administrative assistence in organising events, meetings or community activites for the residents. Help prepare event spaces, ensuring they are clean and set up according to the requirements.
7. Maintain inventory of the office supplies nad ensure the reception area is stocked
