We are seeking a well-presented and detail-oriented Front Desk & Administrative Executive who will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while also managing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and an eye for detail to ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries; redirect to the right department.
Maintain reception area and handle client appointments/scheduling.
Assist with data entry, filing, and basic document management.
Handle and track Goods Returns (GR), exchanges, and courier services.
Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing shipments, and deliveries.
Maintain accurate records, logs, and filing systems (physical and digital).
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
Support HR/Admin and Finance in basic reporting and office management tasks.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Diploma holder with prior admin/front desk experience preferred.
Familiarity with goods returns/logistics is an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office; good communication and coordination skills.
Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
