for Front Desk Executive:
xefx82xb7 Coordinate with Consultant in Studio and book consultation to meet their individual
targets & earn incentives.
xefx82xb7 Handling inquiries on phone as well as on emails.
xefx82xb7 Ensure that all the Brand Standards are followed.
xefx82xb7 Manage front Desk to ensure clients receive prompt, cordial attention and personal
recognition
xefx82xb7 Manage front Office task and Guest Relations personnel.
xefx82xb7 Compile statistics for front office and provide reports relating to that area
xefx82xb7 Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance and
posture of self and colleagues at front Office.
xefx82xb7 Prepare efficient work schedule for Front Office Staff.
Desired Candidate Profile:
xefx82xb7 3+ Experience in Hospitality or service Industry, entertainment, media, corporate
xefx82xb7 Good & Pleasing Communication Skills in English, Hindi and Regional language
(Specific to the work location).
xefx82xb7 Excellent telephone courtesy & client handling skill.
xefx82xb7 Routine operations management knowledge.
xefx82xb7 Should be highly motivated & result oriented.
xefx82xb7 Should be comfortable with target-based role
xefx82xb7 Strong client management skills.
xefx82xb7 Good looking
xefx82xb7 Presentable.
xefx82xb7 Candidate with proper dedication towards Front Office would be preferred along with the
given criteria in the job description.
