Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
? Vendor management
? Petty cash handling
? Attendance tracking
? Office cleanliness and hygiene
? Utility and bill payments
? Auditor and vendor coordination
? Stock/inventory maintenance
? Ensure proper upkeep and presentation of the front office area at all times.
Client & Lead Management:
? Handle incoming and outgoing client communications professionally.
? Support client servicing and manage queries effectively.
? Assist with lead generation through cold calling and follow-ups.
? Coordinate and support digital marketing campaigns and outreach.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Ensure office premises are neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle all administration tasks with confidentiality and efficiency.
Accountable for office operations from opening to closing.
Deliver superior service and exceed client expectations consistently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
1-3 years of relevant experience in front office/admin roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
