Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Call Management:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and route them to the concerned departments.

Housekeeping Oversight:

Ensure the office is clean, organised, and ready before working hours; supervise housekeeping tasks as required.

Guest Management:

Welcome visitors, maintain the visitor log, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth guest handling.

Event & Meeting Arrangements:

Make necessary arrangements for office events, birthday celebrations, and official meetings.

Courier Management:

Maintain records of incoming & outgoing couriers and ensure timely handover to the concerned person.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Alwarpet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
