Key ResponsibilitiesClient Handling & Orientation
Welcome and attend to clients visiting the Centre in a professional and friendly manner
Provide orientation about the Centre, its offerings, and processes
Explain and summarize live products/services clearly to clients
Understand client needs and guide them to the appropriate solutions or teams
Maintain a positive client experience at all times
Centre Management
Oversee daily operations of the Centre
Ensure the Centre is clean, organized, and ready for client visits
Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements
Monitor footfall and manage client flow efficiently
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain client records, visit logs, and documentation
Handle basic administrative tasks such as reports, data entry, and follow-ups
Coordinate appointments and schedules
Support management with required reports and updates
Experience
0-2 years of experience in client handling, front desk, customer service, or administration
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
