Facility Management which includes Office administration of all locations.
Lead travel desk and hospitality.
Vendor development and management.
Maintain and update all required documents for processes as per ISO.
Responsible for overseeing specific projects or initiatives within the administration department, ensuring timelines are met, resources are allocated appropriately, and outcomes are achieved.
Manage the budget for the administration department, including tracking expenses and income, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Timely updation of MIS.
Support HR functions wherever required.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
